In accordance with the motto, “advancement of the human race, coexistence with nature,” CS WIND has been trying hard to make sure that every member can play a significant role in green energy development around the world to pass a cleaner environment on to the next generation. Now, we will take one step beyond management toward coexistence with nature, and try to practice ethical and human rights-based management, which are the duties of a global company, so that we can create fair profits and improve our competitiveness. For this purpose, we will make every effort to make sure every decision is made based on the fundamental values of ethical management and human rights throughout the company. More specifically, for the practice of ethical management, we have adopted a code of ethics at the level of global standards and enacted and enforced ethical guides for its successful fulfillment, and implemented a systematic framework to ensure that the values of ethical management are reflected in every phase of decision making. Furthermore, we have declared a comprehensive human rights management statement that covers all the relevant parties including employees, customers, partner companies, and community members to prohibit unfair discrimination in every area of company business and prevent and relieve infringements of human rights. In addition, we will implement and operate a company culture where every member can voluntarily participate in ethical and human rights-based management with periodic training. Every employee of CS WIND will support this policy in accordance with the common values to achieve the key values, “advancement of the human race, coexistence with nature,” and share the outcomes with the community as a global company.
