India aims to restart production of rare earths late next year for the first time since 2004, a top government official said on Wednesday.A major consuming market is Japan, where Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and his Japanese counterpart Naoto Kan agreed this week to cooperate on minerals and metals.

@Isreal4realz …DID YOU LISTEN TO THE VIDEO…THEY HAVE 50% OF THE RARE EARTH MINERALS, THE OTHER DEPOSITS HAVE NOT BEEN EXPLOITED YET.

bullshit. china can not be the only country which rare earth minerals are found naturally. i’m sure there are huge rare earth mines in places like africa, austrilia and north america
